Josué has an older brother Jesús and older sister Yadira. Their mother is the only provider and has to leave them alone at home while working to supply their needs. His sister takes care of the other two. They walk 45 minutes to get to school in a very remote and dangerous area. All have nutritional problems, and a lack of clothing.
