These children live in a small town in a remote area in the mountains of Colombia which has been affected by military conflict. As a result, the people in this area not visited by missionaries and do not receive any assistance. There is no source of clean drinking water and this causes health problems within the community. Furthermore, there is no health care facility nearby. As a result these kids are at high risk for health issues including viruses and bacterias.
Our local group of volunteers makes the trip there on a regular basis. With your generous help, we can provide each one with one healthy meal per day to meet nutritional needs. This will be in addition to our efforts in reaching their medical, dental, and educational needs. But most importantly you will be sharing with us the love of Jesus Christ as we bring the gospel to the whole town. |
You can a monthly sponsor simply by filling out the following information. Our cost to feed one child per month is $70. We realize that this may be difficult for some people, so we offer to split it between two sponsors. You may change the amount according to your desire and ability to contribute. You may also change your contribution to a one-time donation.The charge on your credit card will appear as 'Go Make Disciples', which is the organization that collects funds in the United States and forwards them to Colombia. Upon making your donation, you will receive a tax deductible receipt from 'Go Make Disciples' by email.
